How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to you right away. This confirmation contains order tracking information and a tracking number. Additionally, you can utilize the tracking feature on our website to monitor your order: Track Your Order. If the tracking number is not working try to track your order on parcelsapp.com

Please note that it might take a few days for the tracking number to appear in your order confirmation. This information will be automatically updated once the tracking number is available to us.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes, we do! The size chart is displayed at the last picture in each product. On some of our product the size chart is displayed as a pop up menu.

We usually get back to you in max 48 hours, but often faster.

When I track my order, it says it is cancelled.

Some customers get this notification when they try to track their order. This is a common problem, and the solution is to copy the tracking number from the order confirmation email, and type it in on parcelsapp.com

Why did I receive the wrong size?

When we sell to our audience outside of Asia, we translate the asian sizes to European / American sizes. This means that if you for example receive a sweater in the size XXL but you ordered a L, the size should still be the right fit for you!

If the clothing still don't fit, let us know and we can arrange a return.
